I'm involved in Open Streets because of the inspiration and the social change that it can have in Cape Town communities.
Open Streets is important because of the potential for social connection as a rainbow nation, and to inform people in a positive way that streets are not just meant for cars. People can develop their projects or talents and showcase them on streets which they know and belong to.
